26 presentation (on file). He described the history of the Risk Pool.

28 Vyrle Hill, Washington Counties Risk Pool, answered questions.

30 The councilmembers discussed what Whatcom County is doing well and how all
31 counties will continue to address cyber- security threats.

9 The councilmembers discussed keeping certain equipment as backup or for parts in
10 an emergency, how much these vehicles are sold for at auction, past review of why these
11 vehicles have already been replaced, and the net cost to the County.

contract amount.

THE CONVERSION OF MICROFILM TO DIGITAL FORMAT FOR THE AUDITOR'S
RECORDING SYSTEM, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $48,000 (AB2015-
247)
Sidhu moved to recommend approval to the full Council.
