Supplemental #10 requests funding from the General Fund.
1. To appropriate $15,000 in County Council to provide additional funding for outside legal counsel.
2. To appropriate $46,200 in Non - Departmental to fund WhatComm E911 operations from grant proceeds.
3. To appropriate $65,000 in Health to fund homeless housing services from grant proceeds.
4. To appropriate $39,435 in Health to fund Human Services Supervisor position.

ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -041
AMENDMENT NO. 10 OF THE 2015 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2015 -2016 budget was adopted November 25, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2015 -2016
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2015 -2016
Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2014 -065 is hereby amended by adding the following
additional amounts to the 2015 budget included therein:
