RESOLUTION NO. 2015-031
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT No. 915022 AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE
AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "LUMMI ISLAND FERRY DOLPHIN TEMPRARY REPAIR"
WHEREAS, this project is covered under Item No. 34 "Ferry Dock Improvements" in the
officially adopted 2015 Annual Construction Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council that CRP No.
915022 is formally amended to include the construction of the Lummi Island Ferry Dolphin
Temporary Repair Project. The Contract for this project is awarded to Carlson Construction, Inc.
in the amount of their bid, $75,819.80
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
