1. To appropriate $25,000 to fund Jail portion of Jail Incarceration Prevention and Reduction Task Force.
From the Mental Health /Chemical Dependency Fund.
2. To appropriate $75,000 to fund Jail Incarceration Prevention and Reduction Task Force.
From the Real Estate Excise Tax Fund I.
3. To appropriate $113,400 to fund Sun House project from donation proceeds.

ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -027
AMENDMENT NO. 7 OF THE 2015 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2015 -2016 budget was adopted November 25, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2015 -2016
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2015 -2016
Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2014 -065 is hereby amended by adding the following
additional amounts to the 2015 budget included therein:
