January 24, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 11 a.m. by Council Member Larry Harris in
the Committee Room of the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

Ken Henderson
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB95 -007A)
Harris opened the nominations for Chair.
Harris nominated Henderson.
Henderson declined.
Henderson nominated Harris.
Harris closed the nominations.
Motion carried unanimously.
Harris was appointed Committee Chair.
OTHER BUSINESS
Shellfish Protection District (AB94- 556A): Harris noted there are two meetings
tomorrow (January 25) on this issue.
Henderson noted that Council of Governments' (COG) annual meeting is
January 25 at 6 p.m.
