The meeting was called to order at 11 a.m., in the Council Chambers, 1000 N.
Forest Street by Larry Harris, Committee Chair.

1. DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY (DOE) (MIKE RUNDLETT, DICK
GROUT) PRESENTATION REGARDING THE NOOKSACK BASIN
INITIATIVE (AB94 -153)
Dick Grout, DOE Manager of the Nooksack Basin Initiative, gave a brief
overview of the issue. Steve Hirshey, DOE Water Resources Division, spoke about
water rights.
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
