AD HOC PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
December 29, 1986
An open meeting of the ad hoc Personnel Committee, which was
appointed to interview the candidates for the position of Whatcom
County Treasurer, was called to order by Chairman Daniel Warner
at 8 :08 a.m., with committee members Johnson and Muenscher
present. Also present were Council Chair Donald Hansey; Council
member Jim Hawley; Harold Raymond, Personnel Director; Terry
Lewis, Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney; and members of the
public and news media.
INTERVIEWS OF CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE POSITION OF
WHATCOM COUNTY TREASURER, TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RETIRING
TREASURER LANDY BOWEN
Four applicants for the position were interviewed as
follows:
