The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair Ken Henderson at 11 a.m.
in the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue.

COMMITTEE DISCUSSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL:
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING CONSULTANT TO STUDY
COSTS /BENEFITS OF LOCATING /DESIGNING SPACE FOR
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE SPACE NEEDS

29 Henderson moved for recommendation to Council that there be up to $5,000
30 approved for review of siting of the Emergency Operating Center, along with other
31 capital facility considerations.

33 Henderson amended his motion to recommed to read: That the staff use up to
34 $7,500 of existing funds to review the siting of the Emergency Operating Center, along
35 with other capital facility considerations, with work to be completed by the end of
36 November.
