The Special Council meeting of December 28, 1981 was called to
order by Vice -Chair Roehl at 4:30 p.m., with Johnson, McIntyre, Hawley,
and Hansey present for roll.
INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE
Discussion was held on the Emergency Ordinance to revise the
Current Expense Fund and the 1981 Superior Court Budget therein.
McIntyre introduced and moved its passage. Executive Louws gave
a brief description of the nature of the ordinance. Motion to adopt
the ordinance passed on a 5 -0 vote.-
Meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
