August 11, 1983
The Whatcom County Council Public Hearing regarding the
Urban Fringe Subarea was called to order on Thursday, August
11, 1983 at 7:41 p.m. by Chairperson Cole with Johnson, Roehl,
Hansey, and Van Zanten present. Also present were Bill Trimm,
Planning Director, and Donovan Kehrer, Building and Codes.
PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER OF MODIFICATIONS /REVISIONS TO THE
PROPOSED URBAN FRINGE SUBAREA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND MAP
Public Hearing was declared open and the following testimony
