SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
WHATCOM COUNTY COUNCIL
Minutes -- October 18, 1984
The Special Council Meeting was called to order on
Thursday, October 18, 1984, at 6:45 p.m. by Chairperson Cole,
with all members present except Johnson, who arrived at 7 :00 p.m.
ROEHL MOVED TO CLOSE THE MEETING AND MEET IN EXECUTIVE
SESSION.
Hawley spoke against the motion.
Motion carried.with all members voting to approve the motion
except Hawley.
At 7:00 p.m. the Executive session was closed and the
meeting was opened.
HANSEY MOVED THAT CAMPBELL KINTZ BE APPOINTED AS HEARING
EXAMINER.
Hansey spoke to the motion.and gave the interview committee's
report.
Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
