Minutes -- January 10, 1984
The Law and Justice Committee meeting was called
to order on January 10, 1984 at 4:19 p.m. by ChairpQ seams
Roehl with member Muenscher present. Also present were
Ken Kunz, President Paradise Lakes Country Club; Michael
Easley, Dutch Haven resident; Tillie Gerber, Glenhaven
resident; Stephen R. Smith and Jim Vandermay, WWU students;
Tracy Simonson and David Kimball, Sehome High School students;
Donovan Keherer, Deputy Administrator of Building and Codes;
and Councilman Jim Hawley.
Review was held of the dog control petitions of Point
Roberts, Paradise Lakes Country Club, Glenhaven Lakes Club
and the Dutch Haven community. It was the consensus of the
committee to send this matter on to the Council and have
a public hearing.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
