IN THE MATTER OF ORDINANCE NO. 83 -98, AN
ORDINANCE IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF
THE FINAL BUDGET OF WHATCOM COUNTY FOR THE
YEAR 1984 AND RESTRICTING THE EXPENDITURE
OF CERTAIN FUNDS THEREIN (including Exhibit A)
COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE'S PERFECTION AND CERTIFICATION OF
1984 BUDGET
At its November 29, 1983 meeting, the County Council
adopted the above cited ordinance and took the following
action: "HANSEY MOVED THAT THE FINANCE COMMITTEE BE
EMPOWERED TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY MATHEMATICAL CORRECTIONS
OR MINOR ADJUSTMENTS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO PERFECT THE
BUDGET AND TO REFLECT THE ACTIONS MADE THIS DATE BY THE
COUNCIL. Motion carried."
Pursuant to the above motion, the Finance Committee
hereby approves and certifies the attached document as the
final budget of Whatcom County for the year 1984.
