The Whatcom County Special Council meeting was called to
order at 2:10 p.m. by Chairman Roehl with all members present.

HAWLEY MOVED TO OVERRIDE THE EXECUTIVE'S VETO OF THE
ORDINANCE IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET OF
WHATCOM COUNTY FOR THE YEAR 1986 AND RESTRICTING THE EXPENDITURE
OF CERTAIN FUNDS THEREIN, THEREBY ENACT THE ORDINANCE INTO LAW.
Chairman Roehl spoke against the motion.
Johnson spoke for the motion.
Becker spoke for the motion.
Cole spoke for the motion.
The motion carried. (5 -2, Roehl, Muenscher)
The meeting was adjourned at 2:15 p.m.
