PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE
Minutes -- May 14, 1985
The Whatcom County Council Public Services Committee was called
to order at 4:05 p.m. by Chairperson Cole, with all members in
attendance. Also present were Doug Gill, Sheriff's Department, and
Andy Fernando, Bellingham Herald.
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EROTIC DANCE STUDIO ORDINANCE #85 -11
HAWLEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE EROTIC DANCE STUDIO ORDINANCE #85 -11 TO INCREASE THE LICENSE
CHARGE SUBJECT TO THE OUTCOME OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON MAY 16TH.
Doug Gill explained the background on the ordinance.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
