PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE
Minutes -- April 30, 1985
The Public Services Committee was called to order at 4:10
p.m. by Chairperson Cole with all members present. Also in
attendance were Doug Gill, Sheriff's Department; Betty Swanson,
and Tharon Pruss, KGMI.
ORDINANCE - HORSES AT BIRCH BAY
Chairperson Cole stated that the Substitute Draft 2 had
been prepared at his request.
HAWLEY MOVED TO FORWARD SUBSTITUTE DRAFT 2 TO THE FULL
COUNCIL WITH A RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL, SUBJECT TO THE OUTCOME
OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
