Referendum 37 Construction fund for the purpose of
providing capital equipment to the Workshop Training
Center and the Whatcom Counseling and Psychiatric Clinic
4. Review the bid of Northwestern Commercial Bank for the
purchase of Whatcom County Road Improvement Bonds in the
amount of $38,879.25
5. Resolution in the matter of cancellation of uncollectable
personal property taxes more than four years delinquent

1. Northwest Washington Fair Fund in the amount of

1. 23 County -owned vehicles
2. Elcar Mobile Home
c) Resolution amending Resolution No. 84 -39, passed
the lst day of November 1984 in the matter of repayment
