Minutes -- July 25, 1985
The Whatcom County Council Committee of the Whole was called
to order at 7 :15 p.m. by Chairperson Roehl with all members
present except Cole and Hawley.
DISCUSSION OF PENDING LITIGATION WITH ATTORNEY
IJANPEY MOVED TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CLOSE THE
MEETING.
A roll call vote was taken, and the motion carried.
The meeting was closed.
