COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Minutes -- July 23, 1985
The Whatcom County Council Committee of the Whole meeting was
called to order by Chairman Roehl at 7:05 p.m., with all members
present except Cole, and Hawley. Chairman Roehl asked Becker to chair
the meeting.
DISCUSSION WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS OF THE 1986 BUDGET
Executive Van Zanten distributed an optline for discussion (see
attached). She spoke on the budget process for 1986.
There was discussion between Councilmembers and department heads
regarding the County's budget, the budget process and goals to work
toward.
The meeting was adjourned.
