Minutes -- July 2, 1985
The Whatcom County Council Committee of the Whole meeting
was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairman Roehl, with all
members in attendance except Johnson and Hawley.
BRIEFING BY ATTORNEY ON APPEAL FILED BY L. GOOLSBY
BECKER MOVED TO CLOSE THE MEETING AND GO INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION.
A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried unani-
mously.
The meeting was closed at 7 :16 p.m.
