PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED TITLE 20 ZONING ORDINANCE AND PROPOSED LYNDEN - NOOKSACK SUBAREA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, POLICIES AND MAP Testimony from the public was received as follows: Art Zawicki Requested General Manufacturing 6129 Guide Meridian zoning Guy Stauffer 6775 Guide Meridian Lori Stauffer 6775 Guide Meridian Wayne T. Box 322 available for questions; Hansey Bellingham requested him to attend the June 19 meeting if possible. In response to a question from Warner about the State Dept. of Transportation's opinion on the traffic capacity of the Guide, Simpson said the agency would deny additional "curb- cuts" if safety became a problem, and that the Guide was a "Class C" road, indicating a low priority for improvements.
