The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hansey at 7:05 p.m.
with Burton, Hawley, Johnson, Muenscher, and Warner present.
Roehl joined the meeting later.

The ordinance was introduced by consent and referred to the
Planning and Development Committee.
The meeting was then adjourned and a meeting of the
Committee of the Whole was convened.
RECEIVE PHASE I OF THE WHATCOM COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE DRAINAGE
PROGRAM
The report on Phase I of the Comprehensive Drainage Program
was reviewed by the Council and discussed with staff.
RECEIVE LUMMI ISLAND FERRY FARE POLICY STUDY
The Lummi Island Ferry Fare Policy Study was reviewed by the
Council and discussed with staff. It was decided that a public
meeting to obtain citizen input on the study would be scheduled.
REVIEW APPEAL PROCEDURES OF HEARING EXAMINER DECISIONS
REVIEW RESOLUTION APPROVING HEARING EXAMINER RULES
These two issues were reviewed and discussed by Council and
staff.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
