Also present were Councilman Dan Warner, Barbara Ford, Jeffrey Margolis, Diana Dawn, Pat Stevenson, John Miller., Susan Carroll, Lyle Balcom, Louise Bjornson, Dale Bjornson, and Tom Buhland. Warner explained the concerns which had prompted him to introduce the resolution. There was discussion about the resolution. HAWLEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION. The motion carried.
