PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
September 4, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Muenscher at
6 :08 p.m., with Burton present. Also present were Donovan Kehrer
of Buildings and Codes and Diane Harper of Planning.
REVIEW PETITION REQUESTING ALTERATION OF PLAT LINES BETWEEN LOTS
33 AND 34, DIVISION 11, IN THE PLAT OF SUDDEN VALLEY, FILED BY
ROBERT AND WANDA MULFINGER
Donovan Kehrer explained his recommendation that both lots
be placed under the same ownership before granting the petition.
BURTON MOVED TO HOLD THE PETITION IN COMMITTEE PENDING
NOTIFICATION OF THE PETITIONERS OF THE NEED FOR JOINT OWNERSHIP
OF BOTH LOTS.
The motion carried.
Donovah Kehrer explained his recommendation that the
petition be granted.
BURTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE PETITION.
The motion carried.
• Donovan Kehrer presented a proposed ordinance provision to
address the problem of land divisions in agricultural zones,where
farm partnerships are involved, in response to the issue raised
at the previous Planning and Development Committee meeting.
The Committee agreed to forward the proposal to the Planning
Commission for review at their next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6 :20 p.m.
