PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
September 18, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman
Muenscher with all members present. Also present were Randy
Watts, Council Attorney; Diane Harper, Planning; Paul Rushing,
Public Works; Ed Henken, Engineering; Burton Boyer, Lisa Taft,
and Donny Watters.

Diane Harper reported that both Planning and Engineering
recommended approval of the vacation.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST FOR THE
VACATION OF DICKINSON STREET.
The motion carried.
The Committee agreed to hold the petition until the next
meeting at the request of Public Works and the applicant.

Diane Harper gave a brief report on some of the Title 20
amendments which had been reviewed by the Planning Commission at
its meeting of September 16.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
