PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
October 16, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 6 :30 p.m. by Chairman
Muenscher with all committee members present. Also present were
Diane Harper, Planning, and Paul Rushing, Public Works.
Johnson left the meeting..

BURTON MOVED TO PECOM1END APPROVAL OF THE PETITION.
The motion carried.
Johnson returned to the meeting,
Rushing explained the resolution.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION.
There was discussion about th. resolution.
The motion carried.
Diane Harper discussed the Planning Commission's work on
amendments to Title 20.. She reported that the farming
partnership amendment requested by the Committee had been
unanimously voted down by the Commission, and would therefore not
be included in their recommendations to the Council. Muenscher
requested that she investigate the procedures involved to
determine whether the Council could consider the amendment
despite the Planning.Commission'.s vote. He also requested that a
member of the Planning Cbmmission be asked to attend the next
Planning and Development Committee meeting to discuss the
amendment.
The meeting was adjourned at 6 :57 p.m.
