November 6, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Muenscher at
6:15 p.m. with Burton present. Also present were Randy Watts,
Council Attorney; Diane Harper, Planning; and David Simpson and
Jim Freeman of the Planning Commission.

This item had been held in Committee pending receipt of a
quit claim deed granting the Mulfingers joint ownership in lot 34
as well as lot 33, and the deed was received and submitted to the
Committee.
BURTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE MULFINGERIS
PETITION.
The motion carried.

Diane Harper explained the amendments included in the
ordinance. There was discussion about the amendments.
BURTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION OF THE ORDINANCE.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
