PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
November 20, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 6:20 p.m. by Chairman
Muenscher with all Committee members present. Also present were
Randy Watts, Council Attorney; Diane Harper, Planning; Donovan
Kehrer, Building and Codes; and Dave Cottingham, Prosecuting
Attorney's Office.
Diane Harper explained that the Sorenson application had
been held by the Planning Commission at the Sorensons' request,
but that approval of the Birchall and Wolf applications had been
recommended.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE WOLF AND BIRCHALL
APPLICATIONS FOR OPEN /OPEN SPACE.
The motion carried.
There was a brief discussion of the Rafters Trailer Park
issue. Muenscher said that he would distribute a report on the
subject at the Council meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
