PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING
July 3, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 6 :30 p.m. by Chairman Muenscher,
with Johnson present. Also present were Donovan Kehrer, Buildings
and Codes; Bill Trimm, Planning; and Randy Watts, Civil Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney.
REVIEW OF ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT REPORTS REGARDING
THE PROPOSED VACATION OF GALBRAITH LANE
Donovan Kehrer explained the proposed road vacation, and he
and Bill Trimm stated that their departments saw no problems with
the proposal.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED VACATION
OF GALBRAITH LANE.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
