PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
December 4, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Muenscher at
6:35 p.m. with all committee members present. Also present were
were Councilman Jim Hawley; Dan Taylor, Planning Director; Peggy
Hinton, Planning Commission; Jerry Chambers; Robert Tull; Darrell
Olberg; Carolyn Olberg; G.H. Kerr; R. Jacobson; Fil Leanderson;
Sheila Walls; and Rans Wise.
PETITION REQUESTING VACATION OF LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 20 AND 24
DIVISION 8, PLAT OF SUDDEN VALLEY, FILED BY LOIS ANNE THEALL
PETITION REQUESTING VACATION OF LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 142 AND
143, DIVISION 3, PLAT OF SUDDEN VALLEY, FILED BY MR. AND MRS.
ANDERSON
The petitioners for both lot line vacations were represented
at the meeting by real estate agent Sheila Walls. The Committee
received memos from Donovan Kehrer of Building and Codes stating
that there were no problems with either request.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF BOTH PETITIONS.
The motion carried.

Daniel Taylor explained the rezone application and pointed
out the area in question on a map. The proposed rezone and some
of the issues surrounding it were discussed by the Committee and
Daniel Taylor, Peggy Hinton, and the applicant's attorney Robert
Tull.

The Committee decided not to make a recommendation to the
full Council because a public hearing on the ordinances was
scheduled for the Council meeting later that evening.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
