Muenscher with all committee members present. Also present were
Carolyn Casey, Bellingham Herald; Diane Harper, Planning; Chuck
Snyder, Hearing Examiner; and Donovan Kehrer, Buildings and
Codes.

Chuck Snyder said that he had received one comment from
among those persons who were sent copies of the proposed rules.
He explained that he believed that persons concern was already
addressed in the rules.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION.
The motion carried.
Chuck Snyder explained the proposed ordinance.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION OF THE ORDINANCE.
The motion carried.
Donovan Kehrer explained the ordinances.
BURTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION OF ALL THREE ORDINANCES.
The motion carried.
Donovan Kehrer explained his recommendation that the
petitioners obtain approval from the bank holding a deed of trust
on lot 174, or provide evidence that the deed of trust no longer
exists, before being granted the lot line vacation.
BURTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND THAT THE HILPERTS SHOW EVIDENCE
THAT THE BANK DOES NOT OBJECT TO THE LOT LINE VACATION.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
