FINANCE COMMITTEE
September 18, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Roehl at 7 :17
p.m., with all members present. Also present were Executive
Shirley Van Zanten; Ed Henken, Engineering; and Paul Rushing,
Public Works.
This item was continued from the Finance Committee meeting
of September 15, 1986.
Shirley Van Zanten explained that only one bid had been
received, and it was 34.5% over estimate.
There was discussion about the bid and about alternatives
open to the County if the bid were rejected.
WARNER MOVED TO REJECT THE BID FROM WEDCO CONSTRUCTION.
The motion carried.
The meeting Was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
