June 2, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 2:10 by Chairman Hansey with
Burton, Johnson, Muenscher, Roehl, and Warner present.
WARNER MOVED THAT THE MEETING BE HELD IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
IN ORDER TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION
The motion carried unanimously on a roll call vote.
Hawley joined the meeting.
The remainder of the meeting was held in Executive Session.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:10 p.m.
