May 6, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Committee
Chair Muenscher with Johnson and Warner present. Also present
were Carl Batchelor and Dan Taylor of the Planning Department.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE LOT LINE VACATION
REQUEST, WITH THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THE MEMO DATED APRIL 28,
1987 FROM PAUL RUSHING AND LARRY STONER.
The motion carried.
WARNER MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE LOT LINE VACATION
REQUEST, WITH THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THE MEMO DATED APRIL 28,

Dan Taylor discussed the procedure for the joint Washington
State Department of Ecology /County Council hearing scheduled for
May 7, 1987.
DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC ACCESS SIGN REQUIREMEN S FOR OPEN SEAU
PROPERTY
Carl Batchelor explained the new public access sign
requirements for property classified as open space, and discussed
new information which will be handed out to open space
applicants.

OTHER BUSINES
Dan Taylor reported on the Planning Department's efforts to
correct a loophole in the zoning regulations which allows some
property classified as agricultural to be broken down into
smaller parcels than what was originally intended.
The meeting Was adjourned at 2 :33 p.m.
