The meeting was called to order at 2 :20 p.m. by Acting Chair
Daniel M. Warner with Johnson present. Also present were Dan
Taylor and Carl Batchelor of the Planning Department, Phil Serka
and Darlyn Del Boca representing the applicants and Neil Clement
of KGMI.

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN)
Carl Batchelor explained the proposed rezone in the Birch
Bay - Blaine subarea.
JOHNSON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE FULL COUNCIL THAT THE
PROPOSED ORDINANCE BE ADOPTED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
