April 9, 1987
The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Roehl at 7:05
p.m., with Hansey, Muenscher, and Warner present.
AGENDAS FOR FUTURE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETINGS
A schedule of agendas for Committee of the Whole meetings in
1987 was drawn up as follows:
April 23: Self insurance
7:00 P.M.
May 14: Juvenile detention; solid
7 :00 p.m. waste recycling
May 28: Building and Codes; County
7:00 p.m. property disposition
June 6 Intracourthouse reorganization
(Saturday)
9:30 a.m.
June 11 Lummi Island recreation;
7 :00 p.m. employee incentive program
August Solid waste
Fall Superior Court
The issue of whether all full -time employees should pay
parking (and no other aspect of the parking issue) was referred
to the Finance Committee.
The possibility of giving Council staff more authority to do
legislative -type staff work was referred to an ad hoc committee
of Burton and Warner.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
