The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Committee
Chair Burton with Hansey present. Also present were Planning
Director Dan Taylor and George LeShefka.

Planning Director Taylor explained the ordinance.
HANSEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION OF THE ORDINANCE SUBJECT
TO THE OUTCOME OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.
The motion carried.

Taylor explained the ordinance, and discussion followed.

There was a brief discussion of the review process.

SCHEDULING OF COMMITTEE MEETING TIMES
The Committee agreed to reschedule the regular meeting time
to 1:00 rather than 2:00 p.m. on the Wednesdays prior to Council
meetings.
The meeting was adjourned at 2 :15 p.m.
