The meeting was called to order at 1:10 p.m. by Acting Chair
Jackson with Hansey present.
Planning Director Dan Taylor explained the ordinance, and
discussion followed.
HANSEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION.
The motion carried.

The Committee agreed to send the resolution forward to the
full Council with no recommendation.

Planning Director Taylor explained the ordinance, and
discussion followed.
HANSEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND ADOPTION.
The motion carried.

The Committee agreed to delay action on all open space
applications until after the full Council had re- examined its
policy on the open space rating system.
The item was withdrawn from the agenda.
