The meeting was called to order at 2:05 p.m. by Councilman
Tom Burton, with Council members Emily Jackson and Don Hansey
present.

HANSEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND CONCURRENCE WITH THE HEARING
EXAMINER'S DECISION.
