November 2, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 6:44 p.m., with all council
members present. Will Roehl was acting secretary.
DAN WARNER MOVED TO GO INTO COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE.
Motion passed.
Jackson said that she has been challenged on participation on
the Muenscher appeal. She read a statement and said she would
participate. D. Langabeer stated he represents R. Muenscher and
that Jackson took part in ex parte communications with appellants.
He added that R. Muenscher will reserve the right to challenge any
decision.
WARNER MOVED TO GO INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THE
MUENSCHER AND SEA FARMS APPEAL.
Motion carried unanimously.
The executive session lasted for 13 minutes. It reconvened
into an open session at 7:08.
