Roberts, a problem that has been ongoing for eleven years. Ed Good pointed out that the ditch, which belongs to the County, is too deep to drain properly, which causes many problems: mosquitoes, flooding, etc. Good said that although the ditch is contributing nothing to the drainage system of the road, it would take 2,000 plus yards to fill, and unless the County has something going out there that would make fill available, the job is cost prohibitive. Further, it has been there for so many years. now that there's a potential wetland there, so input from the Corps of Engineers would be required before filling it. 2.
