WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE
Tuesday, June 11, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 12:15 noon in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor,
1000 N. Forest St., by Chairman Don Hansey.

1. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY PROCEDURE TO
IMPLEMENT SECTION 63 OF THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT ACT
(AB91 -127) 143 -146
Committee received a fax memo at 12:00 noon from Dr. James regarding the
resolution; reading it delayed the beginning of the meeting.
IMHOF MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO COUNCIL.
Motion passed unanimously.
Committee discussed the resolution establishing the critical water supply area
boundaries for the purpose of developing a coordinated water system plan (AB91 -197).
Because there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
