The meeting was called to order at 6 p.m. by Committee Chairman Bob Imhof.

1. DISCUSSION OF CONCERNS ABOUT DEWEY ROAD, FROM R.J.
BREAKEY (AB91 -387)
Mr. Breakey explained his concerns over the ownership and the responsibility for the
Dewey Road that is on his property and gets very little maintenance.
Topic discussed were: who owned the property; what would solve the difference of
opinion on ownership; road built on Mr. Breakey's land; the need for a survey.
Comments were made by: Breakey; Ed Henken, County Engineer; Imhof;
Vanderpol.
Imhof asked Henken to do a survey on the property ownership and the Council
would try to find a solution to this problem.
2. OTHER BUSINESS
Drayton Harbor Road: Imhof stated he would be meeting with Ron Butcher to
discuss some changes that may present some relief for this area. He said the commercial
traffic would be required to make a little jog to avoid Drayton Harbor Road and there may
also be a realignment coming out of Semiahmoo.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
