n Executive Shirley Van Zanten explained the need for this amended interlocal
12 agreement. Speaking to the issue were Imhof and Vanderpol.

17 The need for the hazardous waste management plan was outlined, as well as the

u The procedure to be followed in the next few weeks in regards to this item were
26 explained by Van Zanten. Imhof asked some questions.

6 Van Zanten explained the issue. Vander Yacht asked some questions. Vanderpol
7 and Imhof commented.

10 5. ORDINANCE AMENDING ORD. 90-95, SOLID WASTE SVC. LEVELS (AB91 -267)
11 Jurica noted small errors on the first page, line 39 (section numbers need to be
12 changed from 6d to 7d); and page 3, section 7 should be section 6. He then pointed out the
13 amendments being proposed by the ordinance and explained how they came about.
14 Vanderpol and Imhof commented.

16 Motion carried unanimously.
6. OTHER BUSINESS
is A man stood and asked to be recognized. Imhof said no, that he knew the man
19 wanted to speak about Drayton Harbor and the public hearing later in the evening would
20 be the appropriate time to make comments.
21 The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
