The meeting was called to order at 3:15 in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 1000 N. Forest,
by Chairperson Marge Laidlaw.

1. DECISION REGARDING REQUEST TO INITIATE A REZONE IN THE
POINT ROBERTS SUBAREA (KELLER REZONE, UR -3 TO RESORT
COMMERCIAL) (AB91 -172)
This item has been tabled until the May 28 meeting, pending time for staff to look
into the issue.
2. DISCUSSION OF WORK SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING COMMISSION
PROJECTS (AB91 -187)
Dan Taylor discussed the estimated time schedule for Planning Commission items
to come before Council. A handout was given to each Committee member outlining the
projected dates.
3. OTHER BUSINESS
No other business.
