The meeting was called to order at 4 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1000 N. Forest
Street, by Committee Chairman Mary Vanderpol.

1. BID AWARD RECOMMENDATION FOR DIKE REPAIRS AT HOVANDER
PARK AND TENANT LAKE PARK TO THE LOW BIDDER, CALLEN
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR A TOTAL OF $77,250 (AB91 -372)

INTO A CONTRACT WITH GEOENGINEERS, INC. OF REDMOND, FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING A FEASIBILITY STUDY REQUIRED
BY FEMA FOR THE PROPOSED RIP- RAPPING OF CANYON CREEK
NEAR THE GLACIER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION. THE AMOUNT OF THE
CONTRACT IS NOT TO EXCEED $20,000 (AB91- 373) 19 -20
