October 22, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1000 North
Forest, 2nd floor, by Chairperson Mary Vanderpol.

1. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF BIDDERS' LIST FOR THE SUPPLY OF
TRUCK TIRES AND SERVICE TO ESTABLISH FIRM PRICES FOR THE
PERIOD NOVEMBER 1, 1991, THROUGH OCTOBER 10, 1992 (AB91 -388)
LAIDLAW MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO COUNCIL.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. OTHER BUSINESS
Vanderpol reported he will be absent from meetings on November 4. Committee
requested that Dan Warner sit in for Vanderpol.
Because there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
