I think there will be lots of attention given by the media to this series of executive sessions, so

its attorney on a quasi-judicial matter.]
3. Critical Water Supply area; potential litigation (AB91 -197)
[This portion of the meeting may take place in executive session, pursuant to
RCW 42.30. 110 (1) (i), in order for Council to discuss personnel matters.
No final action may be taken in executive session.]
