The meeting was called to order at noon in the Council Chambers, 1000 N. Forest
St., 2nd floor, by Barbara Brenner, Chairperson.

1. RESOLUTION APPROVING OF AN AMENDMENT BY WHATCOM
COUNTY DISTRICT 2 TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (AB92 -462)
Topics discussed: Shape of plans; need for prompt action; role of Council; overview
of need for larger pipes; deadlines for bond filings.
Persons speaking: Brenner; Ron Peterson, Water District #2 Commissioner; Harris.
HARRIS MOVED TO RECOMMEND PASS.
The motion carried unanimously.
Because there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
