Tuesday, September 22, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1000 N.
Forest St., 2nd floor, by Bob Imhof, Chairman.

1. RESOLUTION TO ANNEX 302.78 ACRES INTO DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 30 (AB92 -358)
Ed Henken, County Engineer, discussed the resolution. William Manthey lives in
the Drainage District. Henken said most of the owners themselves worked on the creek,
located on the west side of Aldridge Road, but one owner refuses to let them through
now, so they are forced to join the drainage district.
BRENNER MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO COUNCIL.
The motion carried unanimously.
Because there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
